NextDay Frames was founded on the idea that you can be a successful company and do good in the world at the same time. That’s why $1 out of every $3 they make is given to programs that do good in the world. They also wanted to create an online framing experience that took all of the stress out of decorating your walls while delivering a high quality and affordable product. With nothing to go with aside from a name and an idea, they tasked us with creating a brand, product line, website and online frame builder that made it easy for customers to frame their favorite moments.
Making things easy is a lot of hard work.
We knew that the key to creating a successful e-commerce platform lay in understanding our users' needs so we conducted extensive research to identify pain points in the online frame purchasing process and find opportunities for improvement. We developed an intuitive interface that guides users through the process of selecting frame sizes, materials, matting, and upload options with ease. Users can visualize their framed print in real-time, allowing them seamlessly design frames to match their personal style.
Building the perfect frame.
At the heart of our research was the frame builder. We aimed to strike a balance between simplicity and customization. Based on the feedback gathered from user testing, we continually refined the layout, navigation, and overall flow of the website to ensure it was intuitive and user-friendly.
Email Strategy
Email is a driving component in the marketing plan for any eCommerce business. We created a system of automated emails that kept customers engaged and encouraged repeat business with contextual deals, follow ups and product updates.
