Haven Firepits hopes to bring that sense of home to your outdoor spaces with beautiful, customizeable steel firepits. We brought the idea of the hearth being the anchor point of your home to life with this brand. A firepit is more than an appliance that keeps you warm outside. Its a place to gather, a place to enjoy the company of friends and family, a romantic escape and a place together away from the stresses of everyday life.

THE TASK
Developing an e-commerce brand from scratch.
We were given a blank slate with haven. Haven provided us with basic concept of what the product was, and some bare-bones schematics of what the product would look like. We had a deadline of 60 days to create a brand, generate product design and imagery, and develop a Shopify website.
The Logo
We created a mark that communicated the durable nature of the product, while bringing in the emotional aspect of your hearth being your home. We pulled inspiration from Haven’s base model fire pit features a distinct “V” shape, and placed their iconic flame within it in the logo type.
Visual Brand
The Haven visual brand system consists of a collection of graphic elements, sub-marks, an icon system, contrasting script and sans-serif typography and an elegant mix of gold and grey for the color system.

Haven needed a website that allowed their customers to find the perfect fire pit and customize it to their needs. We developed a fully responsive experience on the WordPress platform that allowed customers to select options and customize their pit with a look that fit their home, and personalize it with their name.
